When you submit the contact form, Grailstar may receive your name, business email, company, website, service interest, and message. This information is used to respond to your request and maintain an appropriate business record.

Website assistant

Questions entered into the Grailstar guide are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. The guide also receives the current page path and visible section heading so it can respond in context. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information into the guide.

Website and analytics data

If analytics is enabled, the site may collect information such as pages viewed, referral source, device type, approximate location, and interactions with calls to action. Grailstar intends to use its existing analytics accounts and will not enable advertising pixels without configuration.
